From a young age, I was taught to write thank you cards. It didn’t matter the occasion or the item, you sat down at the kitchen table and put your gratitude on paper. I found a lot of joy in writing the cards and the same joy has carried into my adult life. 

It is a simple, quick task but the weight of the thank you card? Immeasurable. It is true, we don’t always know what other people are facing behind closed doors and I guarantee the card will bring a sliver of happiness or a smile to the person reading. 

In my opinion, you don’t need an occasion or a gift to send a card. If you are thinking of someone and what they mean to you/your business, a simple “thank you for being in my life” note is still very impactful. 

With technology continuing to grow, hand written cards are a dying trend but this is my plea to bring it back ❤️
