High five your heart-
I was recently listening to a podcast and she was discussing picking yourself back up after love followed by loss.
There’s two very profound excerises I learned from the podcast I want to share-
5,4,3,2,1- on days where you don’t feel like getting out of bed. Count down from 5 then get up.
High five your heart- every morning place both hands over your heart and tell yourself these 3 sentences…. “I am okay. I am safe. I am loved.”
It is scientifically proven the way we talk to ourselves directly affects our self esteem & outlook on life. I hope these excersises help you if you too experiencing hardship in your life ❤️
